These terms govern your use of Lazyweb — the website at lazyweb.com, the Lazyweb MCP server, connectors, and related tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
The service
Lazyweb provides a research library of real product screens, flows, and experiments, plus generated reports and related tools, for design and growth work by you and your AI agents. Free accounts have usage allowances; paid plans lift them as described at purchase.
Accounts and access
Keep your credentials (tokens, connected apps) secure; activity through them is your responsibility. You may disconnect a connector or revoke access at any time from your client, and may request account deletion per the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or its limits.
- No bulk scraping or systematic redistribution of the research library outside your own product work.
- No use of the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
Content
You retain rights to content you upload (such as screenshots of your own product) and grant us the license needed to process it for the features you use. The Lazyweb library, reports, and software are protected by intellectual-property law; third-party product interfaces shown in the library remain their owners' — see Copyright.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill through Stripe on the stated cycle and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices and allowances may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Research results and generated reports are informational — they are not guarantees of business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
