Gladia's mobile fold collapses the nav elegantly into a hamburger plus a 'Sign up' pill, and the headline 'The transcription layer Gladia never have to think about' scales down cleanly at a readable size. The critical failure is that the primary CTA is not visible or tappable in the first viewport: the 'We value Gladia's privacy' cookie consent wall consumes roughly the bottom half of the screen, burying the subheadline mid-sentence and pushing the 'Get started' button (visible on desktop) entirely off-screen — a dead blocker with zero conversion value. The only tappable action left is the small 'Sign up' pill in the header, which is sized for a nav bar, not a thumb. The single biggest lever is shrinking the consent UI to a slim dismissible bar so 'Get started' returns to the first viewport.
