Chasi helps equipment dealers sell, rent and service fleets with AI agents

Chasi connects AI agents to dealer CRM, DMS and ERP workflows for equipment sales, rental, service, quotes, renewals and fleet utilization.

Chasi is for equipment dealers and rental companies whose revenue is constrained by slow responses, idle fleets and disconnected sales, rental and service systems. It uses agents to work the operational layer around the machines rather than replacing the dealer’s DMS or CRM.

What it does

Chasi’s current site describes 24/7 response and routing, intake, quote generation, CRM data entry, lead reactivation, renewals, inspections and aftermarket follow-up. It says agents connect to existing cell numbers, web chat, email, CRM, DMS and ERP systems, and can build a shared view of assets, customers and branches. Chasi homepage

The product’s differentiated decision is utilization. A dealer can use an agent to answer a rental request, check availability, route a service issue or proactively contact a customer before a renewal or inspection date. The launch adds revenue intelligence and public-data signals to help reposition equipment across locations. Those are company-reported capabilities, not proof that a specific fleet will earn more.

The homepage displays claims of more than two hours saved per rep per day, three-times faster response, 15% higher quote-to-win and 90% fewer missed leads. Treat these as company-published marketing figures until the buyer sees the denominator, baseline and exact workflow. Pricing is not published in the checked sources.

The YC profile identifies Akash Pavan as a former AI-deployment leader at Cummins, Harley-Davidson and Denso who built industrial systems, and Sarman Aulakh as a Waterloo-trained engineer who built supply-chain software at Tesla. That background fits equipment operations, but the buyer still needs to validate data freshness and dispatch rules.

My editorial take

I would shortlist Chasi for a dealer with meaningful inbound volume, a measurable idle-fleet problem and enough system data to act on availability and service context. Start with one branch and one revenue leak—missed rental requests or renewal follow-up—then compare response, quote and utilization outcomes. A platform cannot fix inaccurate fleet data or an unclear owner for exceptions.
