# Terms of Service

**Last updated:** August 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of Lazyweb, including the website at lazyweb.com, the Lazyweb MCP server, connectors, and related tools (the **Service**). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

## The service

We provide a research library of real product screens, flows, and experiments, together with generated reports and related tools for design and growth work by you and your AI agents. Free accounts have usage allowances; paid plans increase those allowances as described at purchase.

## Accounts and access

Keep your credentials, including tokens and connected apps, secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through them. You may disconnect a connector or revoke access at any time from your client. You may request account deletion under our [Privacy Policy](https://www.lazyweb.com/privacy).

## Acceptable use

You may not:

- Attempt to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or its limits.
- Bulk-scrape or systematically redistribute the research library outside your own product work.
- Use the Service to violate the law or third-party rights.

## Content

You retain rights to content you upload, such as screenshots of your own product. You grant us the license needed to process that content for the features you use.

The Lazyweb library, reports, and software are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party product interfaces shown in the library remain the property of their respective owners; see our [Copyright](https://www.lazyweb.com/copyright) page.

## Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the stated billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the paid period.

Prices and allowances may change with notice. Changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

## Disclaimers

We provide the Service **“as is”** without warranties of any kind. Research results and generated reports are informational and are not guarantees of business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us during the twelve months before the claim.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
