# Privacy Policy

**Last updated: August 26, 2026**

We provide a product-research service for people and their AI agents: real app screens, product flows, A/B tests, and generated growth reports, available at lazyweb.com and through our Lazyweb MCP server and connectors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

## What we collect

- **Account data:** Your email address when you create an account, verify it during connector sign-in, or upgrade to a paid plan.
- **Usage data:** When you or your agent call our tools, we log the tool name, request parameters—with credentials and image bytes redacted—success or failure, latency, IP address, user-agent, and the client application's self-reported name and version. We use this to run quotas, prevent abuse, and improve results.
- **Content you submit:** Screenshots or images uploaded for comparison or report generation, and feedback submitted on reports.
- **Payment data:** Stripe handles payment data. We never see or store full card numbers; we retain your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.

## How we use it

- Provide and operate the service, including search, reports, entitlements, and quotas.
- Prevent abuse through rate limiting, blocklists, and anomaly detection.
- Understand product usage and improve the service through analytics.
- Handle billing and account communication, including verification codes and receipts.

## Service providers

We share data only with processors that run our service:

- **Supabase:** Database and storage
- **Render:** Hosting
- **Stripe:** Payments
- **Resend:** Transactional email
- **PostHog:** Product analytics
- **MCPcat:** MCP tool-usage analytics

Each processor receives only what its function requires. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

## AI conversations

When you use Lazyweb through an AI assistant, such as a Claude connector, we receive only the tool calls the assistant makes to our servers—not your conversation. We do not request, query, or store your chat history, memory, or files beyond what a tool call explicitly submits.

## Retention and deletion

We retain operational logs and usage telemetry while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and abuse prevention.

To delete your account and associated personal data, email [ali@lazyweb.com](mailto:ali@lazyweb.com) from the account address. We will confirm completion.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at [ali@lazyweb.com](mailto:ali@lazyweb.com), and we will honor applicable requests.

## Changes

We will update this policy when it changes, using the date above. We will communicate material changes to how we use your data to account holders by email.
