# Highmark: Set up multi-factor authentication

## Flow overview

This flow covers the following five screens:

1. **Introduction to multi-factor authentication** — Highmark explains that multi-factor authentication is required to keep the account safe and offers options to set it up or skip it.
2. **Choose an authentication method** — The flow displays options for text messaging and email, with controls to enable each method.
3. **Enter a mobile phone number** — The user is asked to enter a mobile phone number to receive a verification code.
4. **Verify the phone number** — The user is asked to enter the verification code sent to the phone number, with options to go back or resend the code.
5. **Success confirmation** — Highmark confirms that the selection was successfully verified and provides a way to close the confirmation.
