# Going Complete onboarding preferences

We document an 8-step onboarding-preferences flow from **Going**, categorized under Onboarding and updated February 2026. The flow shows how Going collects travel preferences during onboarding. We show 5 of the 8 screens; 3 additional screens are available with [free sign-up](https://www.lazyweb.com/product). We provide this flow for comparison with onboarding-preferences experiences from other apps.

The five visible screens include an airport-selection question, prompts about whether the user is planning a trip soon, fare-class preferences, and a membership offer. The visible membership screen shows **Premium at $49/year** and **Elite at $199/year**, with a **Start 14-day FREE trial** button. These values are visible in the supplied screen capture and are part of the captured flow.
