# Fitbod Onboarding

We document a 14-step onboarding flow from Fitbod, a fitness app. The flow is intended for studying and comparing how apps guide new users through setup.

## Captured screens

We provide five of the 14 captured screens in this public entry. The remaining nine screens require access through Lazyweb.

1. **Fitness goal:** the screen asks, “What is your top fitness goal?” and offers goals including life healthy, build muscle, get lean and defined, and lose weight.
2. **Fitness habit:** the screen asks, “How consistent are you with strength training?”
3. **Fitness experience:** the screen asks, “How much strength training experience do you have?”
4. **Available equipment:** the screen asks, “Where do you usually work out?” and includes options such as a large gym, small gym, garage gym, at home, without equipment, and custom.
5. **Gym selection:** the screen asks, “Which gym do you go to?” and includes gym search plus options to continue without selecting a gym.
