# Cvs Create account

We document a **Sign Up** flow for Cvs: a four-step create-account experience. The page contains four screens and was updated in **February 2026**.

## Flow overview

This flow shows the following four screens from Cvs's create-account experience:

1. **Welcome and email entry:** The first screen welcomes the user and asks for a mobile number or email to create an account. It includes visible options for **Keep ID** and **Keep me signed in**, terms and privacy text, a **Continue** button, and **Continue as a guest**.
2. **Account details:** The second screen is titled **Create your account** and includes fields for first name, last name, date of birth, and mobile number.
3. **Verification prompt:** The third screen says **Just need to confirm it’s you.** It indicates that a code will be sent to the user's phone number and provides a **Continue** button.
4. **Code entry:** The fourth screen is titled **Enter your code**. It asks the user to enter the six-digit code sent to the phone number, provides an **Enter Code** field, a **Confirm Code** button, and a **Send code again** option.
