1. **Step 1:** Craft’s Settings area is shown with **Diagnostics** listed in the account/settings navigation.

2. **Step 2:** The **Diagnostics Settings** screen is shown. It includes an **Online** section with a **Sync Now** action and troubleshooting options including **Reset Local Troubleshooting Data**, **Request Sync Error**, and **Report On-Device Error**. The screen also shows sync-history and danger-zone controls, including a red **Erase Data** option.
