# Chewy Tracking permission

We document a **2-step** Chewy flow in the **Permissions** category, updated **January 2026**. It shows how Chewy introduces tracking access and reaches the device permission prompt.

## Captured screens

### Step 1

Chewy displays an in-app screen headed “Choose a more personalized experience,” with explanatory text about using activity and purchase information to personalize the experience, followed by a **Next** button.

### Step 2

Chewy then displays a system tracking-permission prompt over the app. The visible actions are **Ask App Not to Track** and **Allow**.
