## Overview

We publish design research covering real, in-market app screens, flows, and A/B tests. This Flow Library entry documents Alma’s **track suggested meal** experience: a four-step sequence showing how a suggested meal can be viewed and tracked in the Alma app.

- **Flow:** Track suggested meal
- **Company/product shown:** Alma
- **Category:** [Other Flows](https://www.lazyweb.com/flow/category/other-flows)
- **Screens shown:** 4 of 4
- **Updated:** February 2026

The four supplied screens show a meal suggestion titled “What Should I Have For Lunch?” The sequence progresses from the initial suggestion to a visible meal card, then to an actionable meal card with **Skip** and **Track** controls, and finally to a confirmation state indicating that the meal was successfully tracked. The screens also show a suggested meal identified as “Grilled salmon salad.”
