## App Store description

StressWatch turns an Apple Watch into a stress monitor using HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and RHR (Resting Heart Rate) data retrieved from Apple Health. We analyze and interpret these data to determine current stress levels, monitor status, and provide reminders when stress levels become too high.

The app is described as helping users manage stress, sleep better, move smarter, and build habits intended to improve “Bio Age” over time. The description says StressWatch has been featured on the Apple App Store in 171 countries and regions, including:

- Best of August
- The Best Apps for iOS 18
- Better Understand Your Wellbeing
- Essential Watch Apps
- Featured New App
- Our Favorite of This Week

Use cases described for StressWatch include:

- Receiving a reminder when late-night work coincides with low HRV and stress.
- Receiving a reminder during a social event when low HRV indicates stress.
- Receiving a reminder after alcohol consumption, with suggestions to reduce drinking, drink water, and care for your body.
- Monitoring HRV and stress levels from an Apple Watch face.
- Reviewing weekly and monthly stress levels over longer periods alongside exercise and rest.

The product design uses **“Mr.Fizz,”** which changes color as the user’s stress level rises, helping translate data into a more approachable visual signal.

## Subscription prices and terms

StressWatch can be downloaded for free. Upgrading to **StressWatch Pro** unlocks all paid features. The supplied description lists two purchase options:

- Monthly subscription
- Annual auto-renewal subscription

After confirmation and payment, subscriptions automatically renew through the user’s Apple iTunes account and extend the subscription period. To cancel, users must manually turn off auto-renewal in iTunes/Apple ID settings at least **24 hours before** the current subscription period ends. If a user does not cancel during a trial, the subscription automatically activates and charges at the end of the trial period; the next billing cycle then renews unless canceled.
