## App Store description

Find My lets people view the location of Apple devices, locate items attached to AirTag, track Find My network accessories, and share location with friends and family in one app.

Features include:

- View an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, AirPods, Family Sharing devices, AirTag, or Find My network accessory on a map, with directions in Apple Maps.
- Play a sound to locate a nearby device, AirTag, or Find My network accessory.
- Use Precision Finding for the distance and direction to an AirTag or AirPods Pro 2.
- Track personal items with AirTag and Find My network accessories, and share items with up to five other people. Everyone in the group can use Precision Finding for a shared AirTag when nearby.
- Use the Find My network to locate a missing device, AirTag, or compatible third-party accessory that is not nearby. The description says the network is anonymous and encrypted.
- Temporarily share a lost item’s location with others, including airlines. Sharing stops when the item is reunited and expires after seven days. Recipients can open shared links in Find My to play a sound and, on supported devices, use Precision Finding when nearby.
- Put Apple devices in Lost Mode to lock the screen and show a message, or erase them remotely. AirTag and Find My network accessories can show finder-facing contact information.
- Use the People tab to share location with friends and family. With iPhone 15 or later, Precision Finding can provide directions to a person.
- On iPhone 14 or later, share location over satellite when away from cellular service or Wi‑Fi.
- On Apple Watch, use Find Devices for Apple-device locations, Find Items for AirTag and Find My network accessories, and Find People for location sharing.
