We detected 77 distinct Replit interface variations in July 2026: at least 16 paywall, 13 signup, and 16 home experiments. In a separate CTA dataset, 16 Replit paywall CTA experiments were identified and 10 changed CTA text. Key dated signup changes from 2026-01-29 include turning “Continue with Email” into a dark gray button, adding Google sign-in, and replacing plain-text OAuth Cancel/Continue controls with dark rounded-pill buttons. A paywall variation changed “Continue with Core” to “Upgrade,” moved from a full-screen paywall to a dismissible modal, and added a “Save with yearly pricing” toggle. These are detected variations with inferred rationale, not confirmed A/B-test winners or measured lifts. The analysis covers 4,814 detected diffs, of which 1,425 lack a screen category.

GET https://www.lazyweb.com/api/public/v1/convert
Required inputs: none

Local setup command: curl -fsSL https://www.lazyweb.com/install.sh | bash
Browser setup: https://www.lazyweb.com/mcp-install
Full guide: https://www.lazyweb.com/developers.md
Authenticated MCP: https://www.lazyweb.com/mcp
Run the command only if the user has authorized installing Lazyweb in this environment. Otherwise obtain that authorization first. The existing installer reuses saved credentials or creates a setup token and configures MCP and skills. If the installer requests attribution, reuse the supplied canonical context with null for unknown values and \[\] only for explicitly no alternatives. Keep context in JSON bodies, never URL query strings. Hosted agents without a shell should use the browser setup link. Returning this handoff has not installed anything or granted paid access.
