We compare detected paywall experiment activity for Peloton and Tinder. Peloton had 12 detected experiments, all on the paywall, and changed CTA button text in 3 of 12 CTA tests (25%) in July 2026. Tinder had 28 detected experiments, all on the paywall, but was not included in the CTA-text dataset's 8+ experiment set, so we do not calculate a Tinder CTA-text-change rate. JustFit changed CTA text in 3 of 11 CTA tests (27%), while Impulse changed it in 1 of 14. These are observed variations with inferred rationale, not company-confirmed A/B tests, and no lift is measured. The analysis suggests that pure-paywall programs such as Peloton, JustFit, and Impulse test offer structure and pricing more often than CTA wording; high-ticket subscription teams can use Peloton's 3-of-12 rate as a benchmark.
